I feel right now like myself for the first time this strongly in maybe 10 years. I've listened to your program, and have been blown away by how much the information in it has brought me back to life, back to my own sense of being. I have tried many things, learned and applied many things to my life, but none have brought me as much. Right now I have tears in my eyes as I feel honestly the most fantastic sense of being in my body, and in the moment. Something I've fought hard to achieve and have finally experienced and will work to experience more fully. Truly the best gift I can have on this day. Thank You Today is my birthday.
